All visual content on tastychat.ai is computer-generated. It does not portray actual human beings, and it does not depict actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct by any real person. Because no real performer appears in it, this content falls outside the material to which the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A apply, and AuraAI LLC is not a producer of such material as that term is defined in 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Images uploaded by users

Where the service lets a user upload an image, that user must be the person shown or must hold the documented permission of everyone shown, and everyone shown must have been at least 18 when it was made. Uploading a sexually explicit image of a real person is not permitted, and any such upload is removed. AuraAI LLC does not knowingly host sexually explicit depictions of real people, and therefore maintains no records under 18 U.S.C. 2257.

Reports

If you believe content on tastychat.ai depicts a real person, or depicts anyone under 18, report it to support@tastychat.ai. Reports of this kind are urgent: we act on them within five business days, and sooner where the content is unlawful. If the service changes so that this statement no longer applies, we will replace it with a full 18 U.S.C. 2257 compliance statement naming a custodian of records.
