Content Policy

1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to everything created, generated, or published on tastychat.ai — characters, descriptions, images, and conversations — and forms part of the Terms of Service. The characters on tastychat.ai are generated. They are not photographs of real people and are not intended to depict identifiable individuals.
2. Content that is never allowed
The following is prohibited without exception and is removed on discovery: · Any depiction, description, or suggestion of a minor in a sexual context, including wording that presents a character as underage · Sexual content involving anyone who cannot or does not consent, including depictions of assault, unconsciousness, or incapacity · Sexual content between family members · Sexual content involving animals · Extreme violence in a sexual context, including mutilation, serious injury, and death · A real, identifiable person — including a public figure — presented in a sexual or defamatory way without their permission · Material that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark · Anything else that is unlawful where you or we are located Accounts that create this material are closed, and where the law requires us to report it, we report it.
3. Adult content
Adult content is permitted for adults, in jurisdictions where it is lawful, and only within the limits set out above. It is hidden by default: a viewer has to turn it on, and access is granted by our servers rather than by a setting in your browser. Some jurisdictions require age verification by a third-party provider before adult content may be shown at all. Where that applies, we do not show it until verification is complete.
4. How we enforce this
We review content with automated systems and with people. We may remove content, restrict a feature, or suspend or close an account to enforce this policy. Serious breaches — in particular anything in section 2 — result in immediate closure without prior notice.
5. Reporting content
To report content that breaks this policy, email support@tastychat.ai with the address of the content, a description of the problem, and your name and a contact address so we can reply. We act on reports of illegal or non-consensual content within five business days. Other reports are handled in a timeframe appropriate to what has been reported. If you are the person shown in the content and want it removed, say so and we will treat the report as urgent. If you disagree with our decision on a report of non-consensual content, tell us and we will refer the dispute to a neutral third party at our expense.
