Terms of Service
Effective date: August 4, 2026
1. Who we are and what this agreement covers
tastychat.ai is operated by AuraAI LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States ("AuraAI", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and AuraAI covering your use of tastychat.ai and everything on it. Joining the waitlist, creating an account, or otherwise using the site means you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. You can reach us at support@tastychat.ai.
2. The service has not launched yet
tastychat.ai is a pre-launch site. The only thing you can do here today is join the waitlist by giving us an email address. There are no accounts, no characters, no conversations, and nothing to pay for. Sections 6 and 7 describe how paid features will work once the service opens. We publish them now so the rules are visible before anyone is asked to pay, not because they apply today. A fuller version of these Terms will be posted at launch, and the effective date at the top of this page will change when it is.
3. Age
You must be at least 18 years old to use tastychat.ai, or older where the age of majority where you live is higher. Once the service opens, adult material is off by default. Seeing it requires you to turn it on and confirm your age, and in some jurisdictions we will not show it until your age has been verified by a third-party provider. Turning the setting on does not by itself grant access — that decision is made on our servers, not in your browser. If we believe an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.
4. Your account
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us at support@tastychat.ai if you believe someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the Content Policy. Where a breach is minor and can be corrected, we will normally tell you what is wrong before we act.
5. What you may not do
The Content Policy lists the material that is not allowed on tastychat.ai and forms part of these Terms. In addition, do not: use the service for anything unlawful; scrape it, resell access to it, or automate it without our written permission; attempt to reach other users' private conversations, our prompts, our models, or our pricing logic; or present a character as a real, identifiable person without that person's permission.
6. Characters and other content you create
You own the characters, descriptions, images, and other material you create on tastychat.ai. You grant us the licence we need to operate the service: to store your content, show it back to you, and — where you choose to publish it — show it to the users you have published it to. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep to meet a legal or safety obligation. Everything the service produces is fiction. Characters are generated, not photographed, and are not intended to represent identifiable real people.
7. Coins, subscriptions, and payments (from launch)
Coins are prepaid credit. Because they can be spent immediately, purchased coins are not refundable. They do not expire. If a generation you paid for fails, the coins for it are returned to your balance automatically. Subscriptions renew for the period you selected until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your access continues until then. We do not refund a period that has already begun. The price, and what each coin buys, are the ones displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are taken by a third-party payment provider, whose name is what appears on your card statement.
8. Ending this agreement
You may stop using tastychat.ai and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue the service, we will email the address on your account and refund any subscription period you have paid for but not yet used. Sections 6, 9, and 11 continue to apply after this agreement ends.
9. No warranty, and the limit of our liability
tastychat.ai is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we do not promise that generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, AuraAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms will change as the service develops, and the launch version will be more detailed than this one. When a change affects your rights we will publish the new version with a new effective date and, if you have an account, email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using the service after that date means you accept the new version.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and claims must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico. Either of us may still seek an injunction wherever one is needed. If the consumer law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim there, this section does not take that right away.
