Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 4, 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

tastychat.ai is operated by AuraAI LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, which decides how the personal data described here is used. For anything in this policy — including a request to see or delete your data — write to support@tastychat.ai.

2. What we collect today, before launch

The service has not launched. The only personal data this site collects right now is the email address you enter on the waitlist, stored alongside: · Your email address, lowercased so duplicate signups collapse into one · A referral tag, only when the link you arrived through carried a ?ref= parameter · A two-letter country code, derived at the Cloudflare edge and used only to sequence the launch · The time you signed up We do not store your name, your IP address, or your browser details. Your IP address is sent to Cloudflare Turnstile so it can check that you are not a bot; Turnstile uses it for that check, and we neither receive nor keep it. The data is held in Cloudflare D1. We use it to send one launch announcement and for nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not share it with advertisers. We keep it until launch and for twelve months afterwards, then delete it.

3. Who else handles it

Two providers process this data on our behalf: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and the waitlist database and runs the bot check, and our email provider, which delivers the launch announcement. Neither may use your address for its own purposes. We disclose data to anyone else only where the law requires it.

4. What we will collect after launch

When the service opens we will collect the account details you give us, the content you create, and the usage and payment records needed to run and bill the service. We will publish a fuller version of this policy before that happens, describing each category and how long it is kept.

5. Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@tastychat.ai and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your waitlist entry also removes you from the launch announcement. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

6. Cookies and local storage

This site runs no advertising and no cross-site tracking, and there is no analytics on it today. Your browser's local storage holds one value: a note that you have dismissed the cookie notice. Cloudflare sets its own cookies to protect the site and to run the bot check on the waitlist form, and a cookie records your language if you change it. You can clear or block all of these in your browser settings, though blocking them may stop the waitlist form from working. After launch we will use cookies to keep you signed in and to measure how the service is used, and we will describe them here before we do.
