1. Designated agent
Copyright notices concerning tastychat.ai should be sent to our designated agent: AuraAI LLC — Copyright Agent support@tastychat.ai We act on complete notices promptly and disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice.
2. What your notice must contain
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3), your notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed; identification of the material you want removed, with enough detail for us to locate it; your address, telephone number, and email address; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner. An incomplete notice may delay or prevent action. Knowingly making a false claim can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).
3. Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3). We will forward a valid counter-notice to the person who complained, and we may restore the material after 10 business days unless we are told that a court action has been filed.
4. Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
